Communication, Outreach, and Training

The change management workgroup is tasked with ensuring the UF community receives information about the upcoming changes to the myUFL Financial Systems.  Project updates and training schedules will be available on this Web site, and will also be publicized in campus resources like InfoGator and the myUFL homepage.   Members of the project steering committee, as well as the change management workgroup, will meet with UF departments and attend campus meetings, such as the HR Forum and Colleges Sharing Information (CSI) throughout 2010 and 2011, to further understanding of the system changes coming with the upgrade.

Training for the Financials Module

The change management workgroup will determine training needs based on the financial and technical workgroup findings at the conclusion of Phase I and Phase II of the myUFL Financial Systems Upgrade project.

Training will be available well in advance of the March 2011 upgrade.  The schedule will be available in myUFL and announced in numerous campus communication outlets.
